We offer free worldwide shipping with DHL on all orders above 39 € (or USD/CHF/GBP).
This offer is not valid for the United States, due to the current tariffs regulations, and also not valid the following regions, where shipping is available exclusively with DHL Express:

Returns
CHROONOO’s return period is 100 days. CHROONOO shall if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and delivery as soon as possible, but the latest within 14 days of the product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product.
In your message to us by revocation form or mail to support@chroonoo.com, you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received your complete order. You can only return products in unused condition. If the product has been used and shows any signs of wear, CHROONOO can retain parts of the payment as compensation for the lost value.
Should the order value after returns decrease below the free shipping limit, we will deduct the shipping costs from the total refund amount (see shipping prices above).
VAT
All prices on our website are displayed with or without VAT depending on your location. For customers within the European Union, the local VAT rate of your country will automatically apply. If you are located outside the EU, the German VAT of 19% will be deducted at checkout once you enter your destination country. Any local import duties and fees, if applicable, remain your responsibility. There are no hidden charges, everything is shown upfront during checkout.
